Seasonal crispy vegetables with hummus. Enjoy the young vegetables such as our colored baby carrots, baby cucumbers and baby corn. Grab it from the veggie shelves and the hummus from our deli counter... add your choice of veggies.

- Yields: Six (6) adults
Fresh baby corn 1 punet
Fresh baby carrots 1 punet
Fresh baby cucumbers 1 punet
1Wash the vegetable in clean water.
2The carrots can be peeled or gently brush them under running water to remove any soil stuck in the spores.
3Empty the hummus into a bowl, add a little olive oil and sprinkle paprika (optional).
